Your order will be accepted once
payment is received.
All products from SCOPE SEOUL ships
via EMS.
Shipping will be dispatched within
up to 3 days from the date of your order placement.
When your order has been shipped,
an email with shipping details along with the associated tracking number will
be delivered to you.
The total amount on the checkout
page does not include any customs duties and surcharges that may incur.
The shipping cost depends on the
weight, size, and destination of the final purchase items on the checkout page.

According to EMS policy, shipping
service may not be provided to some regions (part of China, North Korea,
Russia, etc.).

Exchange
Items to be exchanged must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the product.
1. After you request an exchange for the product, we will send you a new product when the product to be exchanged arrives.
2. If there is no defect or problem with the originally sent product, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer.
3. You can request for exchange only when your order is in the status of ‘delivery completed’

Refund
Items to be returned must be sent within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please post on the bulletin board for faster support with defective products.
1. You can request for return only when your order is in the status of ‘delivery completed’.

3. The payment amount will be refunded according to the refund procedure for each payment method.

Order Cancellation
- To request for order cancellation, please contact our customer center. (via Channel Talk and CS center)
- Order can be cancelled before the shipping starts. After the cancellation is approved, the payment amount will be refunded according to the refund procedure for each payment method.
